poor service

I requested credit card statements via email, after I went into the branch and they refused to help me, but gave me a business card to either call the number on the business card or mail them. I opted to mail. however, the initial mail was sent on 01 February 2023, it is today, 06 February 2023. the banks all treat you with disrespect probably due to their size. Banks need to improve their client service!
