Poor Service

On the 6 of march an out standing amount of R12610.00 was transferred to absa .<br> A week later on the 12th, I called to follow up and was told that it went thru to the admin department on the 10th and I should wait 10 working days for my paid up letter, which to my knowledge led to the 23rd of march, being 10 days, when on the 23rd I did not receive a paid up letter via email as agreed upon, I proceeded to call absa legal recoveries department 24th and got told another story which I was not happy with and demanded answers,the lady then put me in touch with her superior,She then proceeded to tell me that because the account was sold to MBD attorneys that they should send me my paid up letter, when I contacted MDB attorneys I was told that because absa accepted the settlement amount that they must send me my letter and also pay the money over to MBD so they can close the account and also there has been no liaison regarding this account between absa and MDB attorneys so they didn't even know that the accounthas been paid (paid on the 6th nothing done by the 24th ), So now to cut this sad story short, im told to wait 6 months due to a tech problem btwn absa and MBD????
