poor service

<p>Having a collapsed underground toilet pipe and directed to building insurance which in this case ABSA, i was told it is not covered. After the claim was registered, they actually send out people to take photos and write a report. Photos were taken of pipes above ground - no prob there. Tere they go with their pics. Once contacting Absa i was put through to the correct division this after i was assisted IN THE INCORRECT division this morning. Waited for 15 minutes and i hung up and phoned again. Now hrs after the claim was registered i was told im not covered for my collapsed underground toilet pipe. This pipe might have been damaged by one of THEIR companies who came to fix an UNDERGROUND waterpie at the exact same spot. Tey do not have people to assist a woman in her mother tongue. They do not listen and if it took me 2 more callscjust to find out they do not cover it what do they do with a persin such as the first who actually took a ****** claimbif it was not covered to begin with. Useless.</p>
