Poor Service

I've app**** for a credit card, telephonically. Application approved. Had to send some docs, submitted on Monday the 12 to email address consultant provided. Received email on Tuesday with new email address, submitted to email address. Phoned on Thursday morning, was promised to be contacted, nothing. Keep receiving reminders to submit docs.
