Poor service

So this is my problem, since our country is in a pandemic state due to covid-19,tje president instilled a payment relief for the citizens of SA. The 3 month payment relief isnt what it really means, this means more deeper in debt according to absa to be specific. So i have since app**** for the oayment relief, i was still deducted as normal, however at a later stage i had received an sms to select the confirmation of the payment period. Yesterday, 20/05/2020 i had visited a branch in overport city, the consultant put me through to call centre for assistance. On the line with the agent, minutes before the consultant advised me he is able to reverse funds and while speaking so fast, i managed to pick up the fine print in his speech amd it was that should i accept the conditions, he will refund. The conditions were if i accept the 3 month period, a further 10 months will be added to my contract with the same instalment. So if my current instalment is 2000 a month, i will be relieved of 6000 over 3 months but a further 20000 will be added. Now im stressed as i was not properly explained this on my loans and have already agreed to this as i was under the impression that the relief period amounts were split over 10 months.
