Poor service

<p>I transfered an amount to settle my absa persoanl loan, i asked for a settlement amount 3 days and more as the transfer is from another back.</p> <p>the funds was transfered but my loan account not closed, i now lern that i have to pay R1222.53 to have the account closed. my question is, if the exact amount is received why do sthe account not close, is this a way to get more money from us, i am an ex employee of absa and know for a fact that if a loan account is on a zero balace, the account closes. i am not at all hapy with this service received from absa randburg, i refuse to pay that amount and i want my loan account closed</p>
