Poor Service

After my card got ******, I went to Absa to get a new card. After standing in line for half an hour, they told me i need a proof of residence, I went and got it. After standing in line again for about an hour, I got to the desk only to be told it is not the right paper and they are going to freeze my account until i do have the right paperwork. They do this in such a rude manner and with no help at all.
