poor service.
i have opened an account with absa online, submitted everything needed. got an sms that says **congratulations, your account has been opened, a consultant will contact you shortly. the next day i'm still sitting and no consultant called me. i called Absa around 9h30 am the next day and was told a lady called hope will call me in the next few minutes. nothing happened, nobody called. i called again after 12 midday and spoke to lerato and she put me on hold for more than 10 min only to cut my call off. how does this things work nah

18 Jun 2019, 10:31i went to Absa southdowns more than 3 times in a day, and i still couldn't be helped. i'm frustrated. i called more than twice today trying to get help with this account because i do have money in the card that i need to use desperately. i'm being tossed to and fro. been holding and transferred to wrong departments continuously,
i spoke to more than 4 people already that have been transferring me to another and so on.
why do i have to suffer like this
