Poor service

I went to the Absa Tambotie Mall branch in Randfontein. I clearly stated that I am a student and I opted for a student account for my bursary allowance to be paid into it. I updated on my absa app that i am student but til to this day no changes were ever made. I Also told them that I haven't received the benefits that the silver account offers since using the account but instead their ridiculous charges made into my account. Instead of helping me they opened a new account.
