Poor service
I app**** for an ABSA LOAN SWITCH at the end of April 2019 of which I was approved for but had to keep calling the Absa Loan SWITCH number provided on their webpage to be told that there was a problem with their systems, and someone would call me back. I had to call them several times with no proper answered. My reference number:Absa Personal Loan - Ref ********** 1608
