Poor service!!!!!
I go to the branch just outside Bloem Plaza in Bloemfontein.. I was sent from pillar to post, eventually ended up being told they cannot assist me in the branch and had to call the relevant department in order to be assisted. Poor service! An hour of standing in a que!
