Poor service

I have been using absa since I was a teen, but lately am not happy at all. My app has not worked since 2017 as well as my cellphone banking. I have been to gateway, bridge city and field street but nothing. Now ***** has been done to my account where R23 is being deducted and I was told its absa life I have never joined it and when I went to gateway I was told to call absa life they did not care that I had said it **********. Now whenever I do a transaction I get 2 notifications of which I'm not sure why I want my money back.
