Poor service

I have been using absa idirect for my car insurance for the past four years without claiming. 2 months ago i have absa idirect to review my insurance so that i can pay less that what am currently pay. The team leader told me that my insurance was reviewed i will start paying R 633.00 per month from November 2018 . Last month when i call to complain about the R740.00 that was deducted from my account I told that on their sytem it show that they will deduct R633.00 the matter will be solved next and my defferences will be paid into my account. The same thing happened this month. I dnt know what to do anymore because when i call the insurance am told they unable to assist me they will pass the message to the guy who assisted me .When call again am told the guy who assisted me is busy on the line. I feel helpless and the guy told me straight that if am not happy with the insurance am free to leave the insurance.
