Poor service
I had an unauthorized debit of R79.00 from my account, managed to go to Absa branch in Gezina (Ben Swart). The debit was reversed succesfully and they gave me their call centre of 08 ********** 0, I called the number to get the details, the lady informed me that I am going to be charged +- R36 for reversal. Why am I being charged for something that I have no knowledge of? Is the bank colluding with this ******** so that they can make money? We cannot be ****** by unknown ******** and banks
