POOR SERVICE

Please Help
Please note that I am trying to close my Loan Account with Absa and get my refund that I paid more on the account I got below the feedback as to go the a branch and request for them to close it but no help at the branch absolutely no help at all very poor service at the Florida Centre Please find attach my bank Statement with Capitec bank they can please refund me and pay me my money. My Account is saying my Full Name as Alida Elizabeth Jansen van Vuuren.
Absa: ********** 803 – My Loan account number. *You will need to go to the branch to request for the refund amount and advise them that you want to close the account.-Wasted my time in the Branch of phoning this number then that number then they don’t even know who to phone as if you are working with these thing you need to know your wor****!!!!!!! I am with Debt busters please can I get the refund and then request for you to close and send me the closed account Letter as this is really urgent for me to get my debt free Certificate. This is holding my whole process back.
Hope everything is in order.
