Poor service

Hello Peter I hereby like to exposes bad services which is negatively affecting my credit score ,done my Absa Bank ,I have a contract with absa vehicles finance the agreement is debit order will run on 28 of each month till the end of our contract, However last month Absa Bank didn't debit my account ,and know my credit score is negatively affected by that ,as this appeared into my credit profile as late payment. I kept calling Absa to rectify their mistakes and they promises to come back to me apparently non from Absa is calling me and correct the error created by them.
