Poor Service

I app**** for a credit card and it was approved. The lady that was helping me is Maria Madisa at ABSA van der Walt street in Pretoria. The time to sign the agreement elapsed because she did not follow up. I need that credit card hence I app**** for it.

I was told to apply again and my application was declined, and now ABSA tells me that I must apply again after three months.

I am deeply saddened by the treatment I received from because I had been a loyal client for many years. The only way ABSA can redeem the situation is by giving me my credit card as it was approved and it is not my fault that it was not finalized.
