Poor Service

I app**** on line for a personal loan and the application was declined. *** 4153 303 having pulled my itc report i could not pick up anything that could be negatively impacting my credit application. <br> <br> I contacted ABSA personal loans team call Centre and they confirmed that the application was declined which was then not a problem for me as i was now only interested on the reason the application was declined and that proved to be a very frustrating experience for me as no one can tell me what the issue is. <br> <br> From the 11th of Dec'15 to date i have made a number of calls and emails and no one can help over the phone and emails are not responded to.<br> <br> Disappointed customer<br>
