POOR SERVICE
On the 15/12/2015 my cheque card was cloned and money was drawn out from an ATM. It was also declined 2/3 times at a pick and pay the day after by whoever cloned it. I then blocked the cards and till now I havent received feedback regarding the person whos handling the matter and when my money will be redunded. Absa is very quick to take out debit orders from credit cards and cheque account fees but when something like this happens it takes months sometimes never.
