Poor service

As an employed individual who works from 8:00 till 17:00, one would think that your financial provider would contact you or make it their priority to put their customers best interest first. I have been unable to go and collect my debit card from the branch and I received a notification that it has been destroyed. I am forced to do a Cash send to myself whenever i want to make use of my money....
