poor service

I went to ABSA bank on the 29 July to apply for a business account I sat there for a long time before I could be helped as they work with appointment. I was helped consultant name Koen van wyk who captured my application then after almost an hour I spent sitting his office he says to me there is a problem with his computer and he will have to report it to IT and will call me there following week to come and sign the papers so that they can open the account. Till to date no one called me from ABSA ....I phoned my bank FNB and the account was opened telephonically.
