Poor service

If you have other options try to avoid Absa bank in Vryheid, their service is slow. It been over two weeks now I went to apply for business bank account. They took my documents and did not even bother to tell me the waiting period. I made a follow up telephonically and they promised to phone back because the guy who deals with business accounts was not at his desk, he didn't call me back.

I went to that branch 3 times and I must I am not happy at all with their service. The other day I went to the cashier's and there's only 2 of them, they were chatting to each other while I was standing in front of the queue. The only service you'll get is the lady who gives you the ticket beyond that the service is dead. Try Ladysmith branch if you want better service. Once I get my card, I will never set my foot on that branch again. I regret my decision of going there.
