Poor Service

I went to Absa this morning i arrived there at 09H05 i was helped at 11H00 ,when i got to the consultant room she asked how can she help me i told her i wanted to open a bank account she asked for proof of adress i showed her what i have,she said she cant help me with the proof of adress that i have and she ask if im staying with anyone at home i told her its only me and my son..she did not help me because i did not have the proof of adress that they are looking for how pathetic is that cos i went to the bank next door they gave me a form to take to police station and the account was open for me.
