Poor service

Absolutely appalling services from Absa AVP. I was told I couldn't cancel in advance and if the payment is taken out. I will receive a refund because I already took out insurance with another provider and my biggest concern was being double debited. Now absa is refusing to refund My payment. There is no urgency, I asked to log a formal complaint and it's been 6 days now I haven't received any communication from them. I will never deal with them again. Absolute worst company to deal with.
