Poor service

Absa financed my car on the 25 November 2021 for auto pedigree, i laid a complain with Absa but their respond for me it's poor, I send them the whole story of what happened but still they don't want to help me. I pay an installment of a car that I am not using its not even 6 months. I no longer want that car that u financed for me at autopredigre.
