Poor risk management and service

I took out a student loan in 2004 .The prerequisite for the loan was life insurance (old mutual policy) with the policy being ceded to ABSA as a beneficiary. The policy is linked to ABSA and can only be cancelled with the banks authorization to Old Mutual when the student loan account is paid up. My student loan account with ABSA was fully paid up in January 2014
