Poor response to insurance claim: ABSA.

We had a retaining wall give way in the middle of Tropical Storm Eloise. Put a claim in to ABSA and were told that this would be attended to 'urgently'. A guy pitches up to assess the damage about a week later - he says we'll hear something from ABSA in the next week. A month later and we're still waiting... Conflicting messages from assessor and ABSA and the slope is now dangerous with continuing rain. Unimpressed!
