POOR PROPERTY VALUATIONS GIVEN BY ABSA VALUATOR

I have app**** for 2 homeloans through ABSA over the last 2 months and on both occassions the valuations have been much lower than what i app**** for, all be it that the municiple value exeeds what i app**** for. Three other Banks come out with a good valuation but ABSA cannot seem to find value. why not ???<br> I have moved my accounts from FNB to ABSA in good faith that i would be doing future business with them. Seems like this was a big mistake? I have appealed the valuation and was asked to give prices on other homes sold in the area, which i did. To date i have had NO feedback from ABSA at all which is very dissapointing.It seems as if ABSA promises the world but just do not deliver when it comes to the crunch.<br>
