Poor poor poor experiance
App**** for a home loan and was really impressed with ABSA and the service, have been a home loan client of ABSA for 6 years and was really keen and happy to keep my loan with ABSA, we received the grant and signed it with a lot of enthusiasm and excitement. later we find out that ABSA made a error on the address with just one word, thus and easy thing should have been done with just that word changing from DALVIEW to DALPARK, everything else was correct, street name and number. ABSA did this only to change everything else including everything that was signed for and agreed on, this referring to interest rates. This is shocking and shows no loyalty to a client on agreements made and it was not even my fault but ABSA's. Just a single word should have been amended, adding this was ABSA's fault alone as even the insurance has the correct information.

03 Aug 2018, 10:20Good day. Thank you for the timely response! It is appriciated. The error was picked up and reported by the lawyers handling the bond for Absa. Linderberg Malan & Liezel Horn INC. They picked up the word error and asked for a rectification/amendment just on that one word and Absa changed everything when they sent the document back with the corrected word.
