Poor Poor Performance
I have been trying to get through to the ABSA home-loan customer service number. If you try the self help option it just cuts you off. If you try speak to a consultant there is no answer. This type of service from a large corporate is disgusting! To get simple feedback seems impossible without going into a branch, no wonder ABSA will be a relic of the past in a few years, well deserved!
