Poor phone service, no call-backs, and delayed funds release

First, this virtual assistant marketing does not consider customers who have limited airtime. I have bought airtime repeatedly trying to reach a human agent about an urgent matter, but I get trapped in endless automated menu options instead of getting assisted. When the line gets disconnected due to airtime running out, no agent ever bothers to call back to follow up or see why the call dropped. If a bank values its customers, calling back on a dropped call regarding an urgent issue should be basic protocol. The merchant has already confirmed that my refund was processed on their end, meaning the delay is strictly on the bank's side for taking far too long to release my funds. Terrible service all around.

ABSA is a bank I recommend to who ever I meet as a student but I think I was wrong about its service. I’m ill with its services
