Poor pathetic service from Absa

Today I was at absa branch in Gezina mall! Its not the 1st time I am completely unsatisfied with this branch. Firstly upon entering the branch the whole layout is pathetic! Today I needed a bank statement and the atm printer had an error printing!I then when to the next machine and it printed the statement on inspection I noticed they double charged me for a one page statement I was charged R40! It took me an hour in the branch to try have the problem resolved!The lady who assisted me at no point was helpful or by letting me know there is a problem with the system! I sat there with my two really hungry children as they had just come out of school! I am not only livered with the service,But have decided to go thru the pain stacking process of changing my sassa banking details just so I can close that account.Which is sad cause I have banked with absa for many years!The fact that I also have to pay so much banking charges just to draw my sassa!
