Poor Management s****s
On Saturday the 11th of July visited Absa bank Thabo Sehume Branch( Pretoria) arrived around 11.51 queue was too long then the security officer said we should go back home, bank is closed. But according to working hours bank is closing at 12.00. I tried to speak to the manager, as per manager 11.30 is the cut off time.
What a bad service, poor management, lady (manager) who doesn't have listening s****s.
