Poor, horrible, disgusting service!

Where do I begin, wow! The rudest most disrespectful consultant I have EVER encountered was waiting for me at Absa Potchefstroom in Kerk Street. Noma Sehalahala. I entered the bank at 8am(when they opened) and the service I received by this person will be the ONLY reason I close my account at Absa and to make sure I advice people to never open accounts at Absa. Your staff is unprofessional, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND DEMEANING. We don't need this! Train your people or fire them and bring in people with the correct attitudes, because people like Noma will soon bring the whole team to her level of Customer service,which is TERRIBLE.
