Poor Forex service N1 city

Tried to order foreign currency notes on 18 September at N1 city. Called and was given a phone number which never gets answered or is disconnected. After 8 attempts finally left a message at call centre. Eventually ordered currency on 19 September, was told it would take 1 to 2 days and would be contacted on receipt of currency. Called again and spoke to a different person Insaaf on 25 September who said it was still not received and promised to call back when it arrives. It is now 29 September with still no call back. This service cannot take this long. N1 city branch ABSA is really continuing to provide appallingly poor service and is a poor adverti*****t for this Bank group.
