POOR FEEDBACK

I app**** for a credit card about a month ago. Two weeks after my application somebody phoned me and told me that my application has been granted. Since then i have not heard anything. I contacted the call centre 3 times and every time they tell me that they are still busy with my application. Last week (2 weeks later) somebody called me again and asked me if i am still interested in the credit card. They informed me that somebody else will phone me to get the address where they have to deliver the credit card. They informed me that it will take another 8 to 10 days. Really!!!! Does it really take a month to grant a credit card application?
