I reported an accident to my insurer Absa and still no action from their side as to where I can have my vehicle taken for repairs. <br> I called the number provided by them and was told the call center personnel is on training and would call me back...still waiting.<br> Phoned again and spoke to Prudence he took my details and had Cynthia call me back with all the excuses in the world.
