Poor feedback

In January 2015, after my fathers passing, I had contacted ABSA about opening of my fathers late estate account. I had been in communication with ABSA late estate department on a bi-weekly bases in order to get feedback of how far the process was with the application. Till this day all the feedback I get is that the documents are still with the masters court in Mahikeng and nothing can be done. I had to contact a friend who stays in that area to investigate as to what was happening with the case. I feel that ABSA's late estate department were not taking the effort of doing follow ups or trying to speed up the process. Worse, we had an agreement with the Bloemfontein department that the vehicle that is finance by ABSA and is in my father's name should not be repossessed as I am going to take over the credit, twice have we had people from ABSA vehicle come to my home in Taung and harass my mother over the vehicle and its whereabouts. Today a lady that I believe was calling from Cape Town threatened my Mother that she will be summoned with court orders if she did not hand over the vehicle to the gentleman that was sent to collect the car. She was rude and undermining towards my mother
