Poor Elderly Support to Renew Expired Card

Hi,

My mother in law is very ill and in frail care and is unable to visit the nearest ABSA branch to renew he bank card. So my wife consulted the Cornubia branch and was told that my mother in law needs to come to the branch and they cannot assist in providing my wife Power of Attorney to assist her mom to get a new card. Now we have to get a lawyer and pay fees to get the POA to renew a card for a disabled elderly, come on ABSA have some remorse on the elderly. Give my wife an option to assist her mom, she cant even walk.
