Poor disgusting service

I have been poorly assisted by our business banker Mzizi Makgetha and his Senior Thapelo from absa the Glen. I had sent him a mail requesting to have people or access removed of staff from our business account and he kept sending me a blank email with no attached documents to make the changes. I kept asking him the whole day on friday as this is a matter of urgency and he kept doing the same thing to the point were he stopped responding. As a director I am now at a point were I want to close the account and move my business else where, to people who can assist me. I dont want them anywhere near our account and I want them changed immediately. I want a new banker who will take me seriously and who will treat me with respect. I will be expecting a call from senior management at ABSA because in sure this is not how you do business.

I will not remove or take this post down till my matter his resolve and if I'm not assisted I will take it further and still cancel my business account. If you get Mzizi Makgetha or Thapelo to call me or contact me again I will lose it and terminate all services. I do not want to deal with them ever again due to disgusting service they have given me
