Poor customer services

I made an internet payment from my FNB acc to the Absa public recipient credit cards. I forgot to put my own credit card number under the recipient reference in order for them to identify my payment and transfer the amount to my credit card number. Ive sent an email with the proof of payment to Absa card division on the 25 March 2017 explaining my situation. According to Absa cards automated reply email they confirmed the receiving of my email and that a consultant will contant me within 4 hours. Six days passed and no one contacted me. I then immediately referred the situation to their action line complaints department. Also up till today 4 April 2017 no one from action line contacted me. I then decided enough is enough and I referred all the emails to Maria Ramos, CEO of Absa Bank. Maria's customer case specialist manager, Charmaine intervened and referred the matter to Ilse at card division to finalise the matter. Ilse did contact me on the 31 March and apologized for the delay in coming back me. I did emphasize the fact that Absa card states in writing that they will contact the customer within 4 hours after they receive the email. She sincerely apologized again but clearly was not shocked when I mentioned their SLA time frame of 4 hours not being adhered too. She promised to finalise the situation and will provide feedback before close of business on the 3 April 2017. Guess what. Its the 4 April 2017 and she again failed in coming back to me and the situation is still not resolved. How can Absa make the same mistake twice if an irated customer referred the matter to the CEO. This is a serious matter to me but clearly this is not serious to Absa. Im just a customer with a few rands and a few accounts. Nothing major like your platinum customers. This is the feeling im getting. Treating customers fairly across the board is not taking place here. This is not my 1st rodeo icw Absa's poor customer performances. I referred the matter back to Maria Ramos today 4 April 2017 hoping that she will at least get involved and take immediate action. I still no success then I will refer the matter to the ombudsman. Absa lost a lot of respect and loyalty towards their customers over the last few years.
