Poor Customer Service - Internet Access to Joint Bond Denied

I recently closed my cheque account which was also the access account to my internet banking profile. At the time all my accounts( Cheque account, Credit Card and Joint Bond) were linked on my internet banking profile. Following the closure of my cheque account I was required to re-register for internet banking at the branch. However, this time the joint bond was not included. I returned to bank to enquire and was told that the bond could not be linked to my profile due to it being a joint bond. I then called the bank's call centre and was told that it was possible and that I should go back to the branch, which I did, only to be told that I cannot have the bond linked due to the fact that I no longer have a transactional account with the bank. I only have a credit card and the joint bond now. I was told that I should wait for my statements from the bank or call the bond department should I require and information. My husband who is the joint bond holder with me, recently registered for internet banking and he has a cheque account with the bank. However, the bond is also not linked to his internet banking profile. I find this to be absolutely ridiculous . Our bond is paid directly by my employer due to the housing subsidy I receive from them and I verify the monthly payment by means of internet banking. I would like to advised how to have the internet access to our bond account restored to the way it was before.
