Poor Customer Service from Receptionist – Lack of Communication

On 16 August 2025, I had a frustrating experience with an unnamed receptionist (no name tag) at the Manaka Building (cnr Andries & Pretorius St). The receptionist failed to communicate important details, leaving me uninformed. Additionally, she ignored me mid-conversation to assist others and breached confidentiality by allowing others to overhear my private matter. A receptionist should ensure smooth, professional interactions not disregard clients.
