POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

in the past week I have been to ABSA Vincent Park branch 3 times to obtain a stamp of approval of accounts held. This has been a time sensitive task. They were unable to assist me just because I did not have an ID or drivers license card. (both ******). They were not willing to accept ID photo copy or affidavit. Nedbank, FNB, Capitec, Old Mutual were able to assist with ease but not ABSA.

I dread going to the Vincent Park branch. It is slow, The staff are sad looking.

There needs to be something urgent done to make this extremely central branch more inviting and assisting. This is my experience at this branch each and every time I visit. It doesn't matter for what purpose. Honestly
