Poor Customer Service

Absa Vehicle fiance and Shortfall Insurance, i am still waiting for my refund please. I cancelled this shortfall insurance the beginning of Feb, received cancellation letter but yet you still debited me on the 25th Feb. Its been more 10 working days for this refund. Please stop the nonsense and refund me effective immediately. I am flabbergasted that i soke to different people who dont even know thier own product.

Please ensure you debit me correctly on the 25th March R 4060.14 car installment + R194.00 credit life= R4 254.14
