Poor Customer Service

Recently (August 2024) paid off my car loan which was with Absa vehicle finance. I have been checking my credit report to see if the report will reflect the account as paid off. Its been 9 months and I have in contact with Absa to rectify this. One moment I will be told that it done the next nothing has happened. I am not too sure how many times I have reached to Absa to rectify this.
