Poor customer service

Absa general enquiries I'm so disappointed with the the service I got today I phoned at about 8 o'clock in the morning with the transaction that went off my account that I don't know of, I firstly spoke to Millicent and she said she can't proceed with my call my profile is locked , she put me on hold for more than 15 minutes without help she said she's forwarding my query to the team leader by the name of Isaac to call me of which he didn't, I called again around 2 o clock they said Isaac is busy on another line the lady took my numbers and said Isaac will call me I'm still waiting even now
