Poor customer service

I have been a customer with Absa for more than 10 years. I have had various finance for homeloan , car and credit card with the bank. I have asked for a settlement to pay off my credit card and was told that this is not possible and i can close my account if I want. Well Absa I will pay off my account anc close the accounta s you do not value my business and you do not consider that I have been a customer for many years. The lady at the call centre was nonchalant and did not even bother to check if she could assist.
