POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

ABSA don't care about their customers who are doing their best to pay off their debts. ABSA has not updated my ITC this month. It was supposed to have been updated at least by the 7th of April with the payment I did on the 20th, 21st and 22 of March. They don't care about customers who are doing their best to pay their debts.
