Poor customer service

I went to Absa today on the 20/03/2021 to pick up my bank card I requested on line, all to find out they were closed, I was there at 09h00am, and the security said they don't open every Saturday while on their notice is said Saturdays they open 08h00am-11h00am, I'm so so disappointed by this act as they put in their doors incorrect information/I took a photo of this I will be sending it to Ombuds, as I spend my petrol going there for nothing, you run the bank like a tuck shop.
